A Message from Superintendent Dr. Michelle Kuss-Cybula

As we begin a new school year, I want to take a moment to welcome you and thank you for being a part of our Oak Harbor Public Schools family. In Oak Harbor, we believe that educating a child is not the work of one person; it is the work of many. And together, we are building something extraordinary.

This year we move boldly into the future, building two new schools and bringing our Strategic Plan to life. That plan is more than words on a page; it's our collective commitment to academic excellence, inclusion and opportunity for every student in our care.

Thank you for trusting us. Your partnership and voice are essential as we navigate this journey together, and your ongoing support is the foundation that allows our students to grow.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Michelle Kuss-Cybula, Ed.D
Superintendent, Oak Harbor Public Schools

Welcome Back!

It was a week of re-connection as our schools opened their doors for open houses and the first day of school for grades 1-12! Seeing the halls filled with smiles and excitement set a wonderful tone for the year ahead!

We look forward to welcoming back our Preschoolers, TTK, Kindergarten and HomeConnection students next week! Share your first day of school photos with us by tagging us on social media! We are on Facebook and Instagram.
